This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account management, customer success, or recruitment professional to manage and develop a key client account. You'll play a vital role in building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and key stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact, delivering a responsive and high-quality service. Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, workforce requirements, and future hiring plans. Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into suitable roles. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to start. Provide ongoing support to workers on assignment, acting as their first point of contact. Identify opportunities to improve service levels, increase engagement, and grow the account. Resolve client queries professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection requirements, and company processes. Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and ATS systems. Requirements Experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, recruitment, or a similar customer-focused role. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable analysing data and producing client reports.
