This role is ideal for experienced recruiters or ambitious sales professionals seeking to grow their career in a fast-paced, client-focused recruitment environment.
You will have autonomy to work independently - running your own desk and offering creative recruitment solutions to businesses across multiple sectors.
This is a chance to work on a permanent commercial recruitment desk.
Key Duties Manage the full permanent recruitment life-cycle, from job briefing through to offer and placement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
Conduct business development activity to win new clients and generate vacancies.
Source, screen and interview candidates using multiple channels (job boards, Linked In, networking, referrals).
Match candidates effectively to permanent roles based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
Prepare candidates for interviews, providing coaching and feedback.
Negotiate offers and fees, ensuring a successful close for all parties.
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, data protection and company processes.
Maintain accurate records on the CRM/ATS, tracking candidate and client activity.
Requirements Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
Outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
Ability to listen, learn, and build strong client and candidate relationships.
Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service.
Full UK driving licence.
