Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team based near Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone taking their first step into project management, or for someone with experience looking to work with major high street brands like Zara, TK Maxx, Superdry, and more.
What\’s on Offer:
- Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE).
- Bonus scheme.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (Thursday & Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for Account and Project Managers regarding all freight and logistics movements.
- Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure efficient delivery.
- Track stock movement from China, Europe, and the UK.
- Ensure materials arrive at sites on time and to specification.
- Provide transport quotes and liaise with stakeholders as needed.
Key Activities:
- Maintain and update stock records using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the smooth delivery of retail fit-out and installation projects.
- Work closely with multiple departments to meet customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently across supply chain and logistics channels.
- Provide administrative and project support across multiple accounts.
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous logistics or supply chain experience is desirable but not essential.
