Dunkeswell, near Honiton (EX14) | £15.47 per hour + £23.20 overtime | 4-Day Week | 6am-4pm | Temporary to Permanent
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell.
This is a varied, hands-on role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the operation.

Key Duties
- Operate a Counterbalance FLT when required.
- Build pallets and move stock safely around the site.
- Wash IBCs.
- Complete paperwork and checks accurately.
- Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.
- Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent.
- Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.
- Reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.
- Own transport is essential due to the location.
