Introduction

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy bag-making team based in Sharpness.

This is a hands-on factory role offering weekly pay and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Duties

Operate bag-making machines safely and efficiently.

Load rolls of film onto machines as required.

Carry out regular quality checks throughout the production process.

Sort and pack finished bags according to specifications.

Complete quality control paperwork accurately.

Maintain general housekeeping standards and keep the work area clean and tidy.

Requirements

Previous production or factory experience preferred, ideally within food or packaging.

Reliable with a strong work ethic.
