Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver (Cat C) to join a well-established national business based in Fareham.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers, Class 2 Drivers, Cat C Drivers, LGV Drivers, and Multi-Drop Drivers looking for a full-time role with excellent rates of pay, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

What We Offer

£17.00 per hour PAYE. £20.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.

Monday to Friday working pattern. 6am starts.

Immediate starts available.

Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Weekly pay and online payslips. 28 days' paid annual leave pro rata (inclusive of bank holidays).

Key Duties

Complete 8-12 multi-drop deliveries per day across Hampshire.

Drive and operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.

Deliver goods accurately and on time.

Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.

Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.

Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.

Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement.

Valid Driver CPC qualification.

Valid Digital Tachograph card.

Previous multi-drop driving experience is preferred.

Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach.

Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation.

Working Hours & Pay

£17.00 per hour PAYE. £20.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE. Monday to Friday. 6am starts. Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
