The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play an important role in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. Working as part of a team, your duties will include:
- Grass cutting using a variety of equipment
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- General gardening and grounds maintenance
- Weeding, planting, and maintaining flower beds
- Leaf clearance and litter picking
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-presented
- Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Grounds maintenance
- Garden maintenance
- Landscaping
- Grass cutting or horticulture
You should also:
- Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Be reliable with a strong work ethic
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Hold a full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
