Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the successful Driving division at its Head Office in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a thriving desk within a well-established business, backed by one of Europe's largest recruitment groups.
This is a full 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys both business development and candidate management. You will play a key role in growing the Driving division, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Use sales expertise to grow and develop your Driving division desk.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Service client accounts and fulfil recruitment requirements efficiently.
- Source, screen, and match candidates to suitable opportunities.
- Register candidates in line with compliance and legislative requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client recruitment needs.
- Minimum 33 days holiday.
