Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Foundry Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter, one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers. Key Duties
- Pour and handle molten metal safely.
- Move and process heavy castings.
- Work in a high-temperature foundry environment.
- Wear specialist PPE, including fire-resistant clothing.
- Follow strict health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work as part of a skilled team producing world-class aerospace components.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday rotating shifts:
- 6:00am - 1:30pm
- 1:00pm - 8:30pm
- 8:30pm - 6:00am (includes 3 hours guaranteed overtime each night)
Requirements
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
- Good physical stamina and comfortable with manual handling.
- Ability to work safely in a hot industrial environment.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
