Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with an FLT Licence to join a team in Plymouth on a temporary basis from 5 October 2026 to 7 January 2027.
This is a hands-on role involving the sorting, packing, loading and unloading of goods and supporting general warehouse operations.

Key Duties
- Correctly sort different types of products.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Prepare goods for shipping.
- Assist with packing, sorting and unpacking different types of products.
- Keep the warehouse well prepared for shipping and receiving different types of goods.
Requirements
- Valid FLT licence.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy items.
- Basic numeracy skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail when identifying materials and contaminants.
