Finishing Foreman / Manager Bridgend | Negotiable Day Rate | 7.30 am - 5 pm | Monday to Friday | Fixed-Term Contract (6 to 8 months ) Introduction Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a finishing foreman / manager to oversee a a new build commercial project.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 contractor, managing site internals and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme over a 6 to 8 month project.
Key Duties Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, you ll take ownership of the finishing phase, managing trades, sequencing the works, and holding subcontractors to the standard the client expects.
Day to day you will: manage and coordinate finishing trades on site; drive quality control and lead the snagging and de-snagging process through to handover; monitor progress against programme and report on the finishing package; ensure all works are delivered to specification and on time; and uphold health s Construction team throughout the project.
