Acorn by Synergie is recruiting multiple experienced site supervisors to join a commercial construction site in Exeter. This is a 3 month contract offering the chance to work on high-quality commercial projects.
Key Duties
- Manage Site Operations: Supervise daily activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications.
- Supervise Workers: Direct site teams, set schedules, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and compliance with safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections, address potential hazards, and enforce health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven Supervisor experience within the construction industry.
- SSSTS, blue or gold cscs.
- Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: £20-£23 per hour (CIS available).
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
