You will manage in-house engineers and specialist contractors delivering planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems. Key Duties Manage day-to-day performance of Hard FM service contracts. Act as primary client representative. Oversee planned preventative maintenance. Ensure building services are appropriately managed. Ensure all Hard FM activities comply with UK legislation. Provide commercial oversight and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures. Develop effective working relationships with contractors. Keep up to date with RAMS, permits and inspection reports. Manage contractor mobilisation, resources and service delivery. Requirements Strong background in Hard FM or building services. Proven M&E background and understanding. Background in PPM and reactive maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and organisational skills. Motivated and career-focused attitude. Interested?
