Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance business near Tiverton for a Customer Account Manager to join their longstanding and supportive team. Key Duties
- Provide a high-quality service to customers via telephone and email.
- Build strong relationships to maximise customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and maximise business development opportunities.

Requirements
- Previous insurance experience (CII preferred but not essential).
- Confident decision-making ability.
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
