These are full‑time roles working a rotating morning and afternoon shift pattern.

Key Duties
Wax Operative
- Shaping wax moulds using tools, knives, and Bunsen burners.
- Completing detailed, hands‑on tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Core Department Operative
- Assisting in the production of cores used in casting aerospace components.
