Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Electrical Wiremen to join a well-established and expanding engineering company based in Sparkford. Specialising in the design and manufacture of advanced incubation systems for the global poultry industry, our client is recognised for innovation and quality.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out electrical panel wiring and assembly to a high standard.
  • Assemble cable looms and wiring harnesses.
  • Install and wire electrical control systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and wiring schedules.
  • Perform soldering and crimping tasks, including bootlace ferrules, insulated crimps and lug crimps.
  • Work efficiently to production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
  • Support electrical and mechanical assembly activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical panel building and wiring.
  • Experience assembling cable looms and wiring systems.
  • Good knowledge of crimping techniques and associated components.
  • Strong soldering skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.

What We Offer:
