Counterbalance FLT Driver | Production Operative | Forklift Driver | Warehouse Operative Dunkeswell, near Honiton (EX14) | £15.47 per hour + £23.20 overtime | 4-Day Week | 6am-4pm | Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell, near Honiton. This is a varied, hands-on opportunity combining Counterbalance FLT driving, production, warehouse and stock handling duties. Forklift driving makes up around 15% of the working day, with generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to support different areas of the operation as required. What We Offer £15.47 per hour. £23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours. 4-day working week, with one fixed weekday off each week. Every weekend off. Temporary to permanent opportunity. 28 days' holiday, pension, and on-site parking. Free tea and coffee. Employee Assistance Programme. Key Duties Operate a Counterbalance FLT when required. Build pallets and move stock safely around the site. Wash IBCs. Complete paperwork and checks accurately. Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit. Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping. Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent. Recent Counterbalance FLT experience. Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.
