Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for reliable and detail-focused individuals to join our client's production team. This is a practical workshop-based role where you'll be involved in assembling and preparing loudspeaker drive units and components – not finished speaker systems. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with workshop, production, assembly, or handheld tool experience.

Key Duties

  • Preparing components using fly press, sander, and vacuum forming machinery.
  • Packing finished loudspeakers and chokes to specification.
  • Building, unloading, and unpacking pallets.
  • Checking deliveries and completing paperwork.
  • Storing stock correctly and reporting shortages or damaged goods.
  • Lifting, stacking, and moving units using a pallet truck.
  • Assisting with testing and assembly of speaker motor units.
  • Magnetising motor assemblies.
  • Preparing components including painting and gluing parts.
  • Using soldering irons and handheld tools.
  • Supporting other members of the production team.

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail.
