This is a practical workshop-based role where you'll be involved in assembling and preparing loudspeaker drive units and components - not finished speaker systems. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with workshop, production, assembly, or handheld tool experience.
Key Duties:
- Preparing components using fly press, sander, and vacuum forming machinery.
- Packing finished loudspeakers and chokes to specification.
- Building, unloading, and unpacking pallets.
- Checking deliveries and completing paperwork.
- Storing stock correctly and reporting shortages or damaged goods.
- Lifting, stacking, and moving units using a pallet truck.
- Assisting with testing and assembly of speaker motor units.
- Magnetising motor assemblies.
