Acorn by Synergie are working with a well-respected Manufacturing organisation based in Mid Devon in search of a Weekend Day Shift CNC Machinist. It's not for everybody still, for those CNC Machinists who are happy to work weekends and in turn, benefit from a 3-day working week.
CNC machining duties:
- Operating and setting CNC machinery.
- Working within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- CNC experience is non-negotiable.
- Welcoming applications from all CNC Machinists; however, CNC Lathe or CNC Mill skills are much preferred.
- Ideally, we are in search of a CNC Operator looking to take the next step in their career or better still, an experienced CNC Setter.
- 3, 4 or 5 axis machining know-how is highly desirable.
Pay:
- £14 - £16 per hour base rate depending on skills and experience.
- A 33% shift premium on top taking the actual pay range to £18.62 - £21.28 per hour.
Additional Information:
- 3-day working week.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Generous holiday allowance.
- Private pension.
