Job Description Production Operative - Night Shift | Paintline Operative | Manufacturing Operative Plymouth | £17.20 per hour | Sunday-Thursday | 11pm-7am | Nights | Temporary/Ongoing | Potential for Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park in Roborough, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives and Paintline Operatives looking for long-term ongoing work, with the potential to become permanent. You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loading and unloading components from an overhead paint line conveyor and ensuring quality standards are maintained. What We Offer £17.20 per hour. Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am. Temporary, ongoing work with potential for permanent employment. Attendance bonus. Subsidised on-site canteen. Free on-site parking. Shift premiums. Key Duties Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor. Check the quality of components and handle parts carefully. Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks. Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided. Willingness to complete a basic DBS check. Willingness to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
