This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role. You will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, helping to ensure high standards of productivity, safety, service and team performance. Monitor warehouse performance, KPIs and operational targets. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and performance. Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing colleague development. Work closely with warehouse, transport and operational teams to maintain excellent service standards. Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or similar role within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment. Experience working with operational targets, KPIs and performance measures. Good understanding of warehouse operations and health and safety requirements. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Experience using warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools. Knowledge of warehouse audits, compliance procedures and continuous improvement processes. Experience supporting recruitment, training and performance management activities. Understanding of distribution, logistics or supply chain operations. Weekends on a rota.
