Key Duties
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Handler to support our Account Executives with the day-to-day management of client relationships. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality service across renewals, new business quoting, underwriting support, and general administration while ensuring excellent client outcomes.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in a client-facing or account handling/sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Demonstrable ambition and desire to progress within the business.
Desirable
- Minimum 2 years' insurance experience in a broking or underwriting environment.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market processes.
- Experience supporting Account Executives or handling client portfolios. (Note: Candidates without insurance experience will be considered if they can demonstrate strong sales ability, relationship management, and account handling skills.)
