The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the development and execution of a best-in-class social media strategy across all major platforms. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position requiring creativity, commercial insight and the ability to build compelling campaigns, grow online communities and deliver tangible business results through innovative social-first marketing. Key Duties Develop and deliver the overall social media strategy. Lead content creation, planning and campaign execution across multiple channels. Grow audience engagement and build brand communities. Manage organic and paid social media activity. Analyse performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations. Identify emerging trends, platforms and opportunities. Work closely with marketing, e-commerce and commercial teams. Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Lead, mentor and develop the social media team. Oversee content calendars and campaign planning. Manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI. Support product launches and major marketing campaigns. Requirements Significant experience leading social media strategy within a consumer-focused business. Strong track record of growing engagement, reach and brand awareness. Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns. Strong understanding of content creation and storytelling. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience managing influencers, creators and external agencies.
