The role offers a varied workload combining reporting, data analysis, fraud monitoring, administration, and client support.

Key Duties

  • Produce accurate and insightful Excel reports, both regular and ad hoc.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Investigate and escalate suspicious patterns in line with company procedures.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients via telephone and email, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support across the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
