Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 7.5t (Cat C1) Drivers to join a well-established business based in Conwy. This is an excellent opportunity for professional 7.5 Tonne Drivers, Cat C1 Drivers, Multi-Drop Drivers, and Delivery Drivers looking for long-term, full-time work with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
This role involves delivering dairy products on a rolling two-week night shift rota.
Working Hours
- Average 48 hours per week.
- 5 night shifts per week.
- Start time approximately 12am (midnight).
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Key Duties
- Drive and operate a 7.5-tonne (Cat C1) vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Complete multi-drop deliveries of dairy products.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
- Comply with all road transport legislation, tachograph regulations, and company procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service at each delivery location.
- Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with Class C1 (7.5t) entitlement.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous multi-drop driving experience is desirable.
- Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations.
