Acorn by Synergie are working with a global life sciences company who are seeking clean-room production operators, on a full time basis. This position should run until September and could continue after this for the right candidates.

Key Duties

  • Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  • Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
  • Maintains required daily output.
  • Required to run manual and semi-automated equipment and ensure production targets are met.
  • Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in production / warehousing positions is essential.
  • Previous cleanroom experience is ideal.
  • Being comfortable to wear full cleanroom PPE and follow working guidelines.
  • Own transport is ideal due to working hours and location.
