Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver | FLT Driver | Counterbalance FLT Operator | Forklift Driver | Warehouse Operative Temporary to Permanent | £13.06-£13.66 per hour | 4 on 4 off Rotating Days & Nights | Immediate Start Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence who are looking for long-term, full-time employment with an immediate start. You'll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are loaded, unloaded, and moved safely throughout the site. Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Offload deliveries and store goods correctly. Issue raw materials and packaging to production teams. Load and unload vehicles as required. Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring work areas remain safe, clean, and organised. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence . Previous experience in a similar FLT, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing role. Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern. Available for an immediate start. 4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on rotating shift pattern. ~ Day shifts: 6am-6pm. ~ Night shifts: 6pm-6am. ~£13.06-£13.66 per hour .
