Key Duties
- Pack products to customer specifications while carrying out quality checks.
- Ensure colour standards are met throughout the production process.
- Measure and record products accurately.
- Use track and trace scanning systems to maintain product traceability.
- Monitor production machinery and respond to basic machine alarms.
- Complete production paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and complete effective shift handovers.
Requirements
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Must not be colour blind due to the colour-critical nature of the role (colour test completed at interview).
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
- Previous production, manufacturing, factory, or machine operating experience is desirable but not essential.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- Rotating Shift Pattern
- Week 1: 6am-2pm.
- Week 2: 2pm-10pm.
- Week 3: 10pm-6am.
