This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor , Human Resources Advisor , People Advisor , or HR Business Partner to join a well-established corporate organisation on a long-term temporary contract. Working as part of a professional HR team, you'll provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to deliver high-quality HR support, manage complex employee relations cases, and support people-focused initiatives that improve employee engagement and organisational performance. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive day-to-day HR support to managers across the business, delivering practical people solutions and HR best practice. Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and performance issues. Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with UK employment legislation. Coordinate and deliver key HR activities, including performance management, learning and development, wellbeing initiatives, and occupational health processes.
