Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established manufacturer based in Caldicot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, Manufacturing Project Manager, or Industrial Project Manager to oversee projects from quotation through to completion. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations in response to customer enquiries.
- Review contract terms to ensure project requirements can be met.
- Manage the design, manufacture, delivery, and, where required, installation of projects.
- Liaise with customers and production teams to ensure project specifications are fully understood and delivered.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to production staff where appropriate.
- Procure materials, subcontract services, and equipment hire on a just-in-time basis.
- Monitor project costs and support effective cash flow management.
- Ensure invoices are submitted promptly and payments are received.
- Produce project reports and lead formal project debriefs upon completion.
- Manage stock lines, stock ordering, and purchasing activities, supporting other Project Managers where required.

- Previous experience managing projects within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data.
