Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Lorry Driver with RoRo / Hook Loader experience to work with a well-known contractor on a demolition project in Luton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver to join a busy and reputable operation, completing short trips between sites and transporting materials safely and efficiently.
What We Offer
- £14 per hour PAYE.
- £18 per hour Umbrella.
- Premium overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 8 hours per day.
- Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm shifts.

Key Duties
- Operate HGV Class 2 Skip Lorries with RoRo / Hook Loader.
- Complete up to 8 short trips per day between sites.
- Ensure safe and efficient transport of materials.
- Follow all site safety procedures and road transport regulations.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC qualification.
- Proven experience driving skip lorries, ideally with RoRo / Hook Loader experience.
- Good knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.
- Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday on day shifts.
