Key Duties Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across South Wales.
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across commercial and industrial sectors.
Identify client requirements and develop tailored recruitment and talent solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to order.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve personal and team sales targets.
Represent Acorn by Synergie within the local business community.
Meet clients face-to-face and network to develop new opportunities.
Work collaboratively with recruitment colleagues to deliver excellent client and candidate outcomes.
Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development or account management .
Previous recruitment experience or strong B2B sales experience, ideally selling a service.
Confident, personable approach with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment and talent solutions .
Full UK driving licence is essential.
