Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced
Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver
to join a busy manufacturing business on a
temporary to permanent
basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a valid
Counterbalance Forklift licence
who are looking for long-term, full-time employment with an immediate start.

You'll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are loaded, unloaded, and moved safely throughout the site.

Key Duties
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.

Offload deliveries and store goods correctly.

Issue raw materials and packaging to production teams.

Load and unload vehicles as required.

Support manufacturing operations with the movement of materials.

Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring work areas remain safe, clean, and organised.

Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements
Valid
Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence .

Previous experience in a similar FLT, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing role.

Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern.

Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Available for an immediate start.

Hours & Pay
4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on
rotating shift pattern.

Day shifts:
6am-6pm.

Night shifts:
6pm-6am.
£13.06-£13.66 per hour .
