Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Bridgend.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers, Class 1 Drivers, LGV Drivers, or Cat CE Drivers looking for ongoing work with immediate starts, regular weekday shifts, and the potential for long-term opportunities.
What We Offer
£16 per hour PAYE. £19 per hour Umbrella.
Weekend work available at enhanced rates.
Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.

Key Duties
Complete trailer drop and swap deliveries across the UK.
Carry out 3-5 deliveries per day.
Complete all delivery documentation accurately.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Comply with all driving regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence.
Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
Customer-focused with a professional approach.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday. Start time: 6am.
