Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Digital Services Lead to join a growing organisation operating across the South West. This client-facing role will drive efficiency, automation, compliance, and continuous improvement across digital services, while supporting cloud accounting migrations and client onboarding projects.
Key Duties
- Deliver cloud accounting migrations to Xero and QuickBooks Online.
- Manage client onboarding and process improvement projects.
- Implement automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support and mentor team members.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to scope, deliver, and review digital projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online.
- Proven project management and client-facing experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud accounting, system migrations, and automation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Professional services experience preferred.
