Key Duties:
- Undertake repair works throughout the customer base, working accurately, safely and neatly.
- Internal and external maintenance.
- Internal and external protection, including wall and floor cladding, refrigeration, cabinets etc.
- Site decoration.
- Windows (excluding glazing).
- Roofs (including fascia and rainwater goods).
- External static signs and banners.
- Trolley bays.
- General carpentry and metal working repairs.
Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Able to make effective decisions.
- The ability to work in a team and independently.
- Full, clean driving licence.
