Acorn by Synergie is hiring Air Frame Fitters to work with Pall Aerospace in Redruth, Cornwall. You'll join an expert team working on exciting projects involving CH47 and Sea Kings, focusing on structural assembly and riveting.
Contract Details:
- Minimum 3-month contract (likely extending until year-end).
- Work through Personal Services Company, Umbrella, or PAYE.
- Earning Potential: £1,500+ per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and build pure air filters to manufacturer's specifications.
- Riveting structural parts, including the Sea King Sand Filter Mod footplate.
- Follow detailed engineering drawings for component assembly.
- Maintain quality assurance throughout all tasks.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Air Frame Fitter, Aircraft Technician, or similar.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated expertise in sheet metal work and rivet gun operation.
- Human Factors Certificate and relevant aerospace qualifications (time-served).
- Extensive riveting experience.
