Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets to support various activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
