Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets to support various activities.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
