Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative tasks within production and order processing in Bridgwater. This is a minimum two-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm. Friday, 8am - 1pm. 37 hours per week.

Key Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior MPS Planning team.
  • Enter sales orders onto the internal system accurately.
  • Run and maintain the in-house daily order system.
  • Collate orders and assemble document packs for production cells.
  • Support other areas of the business when required.
  • Progress into additional responsibilities as experience develops.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Experience in planning is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good team-working skills and a flexible approach.
