This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking short-term, part-time cleaning work in Exeter. The location is within walking distance or accessible via public transport from Exeter city centre.
The role involves preparing bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard ahead of student returns to university.
Key Duties
- Clean and polish bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.
- Strip, turn mattresses and re-make beds.
- Deep clean kitchens and communal areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces.
- Remove waste and prepare rooms for new arrivals.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to carry out manual heavy lifting.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Reliable and punctual approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
