Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Packaging Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Packaging Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative, Assembly Operative, Machine Operative, Food Production Operative or General Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment with long-term opportunities and the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working within a fast-paced production and packaging environment, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient manufacture, packing, labelling and quality checking of products supplied to businesses across the UK.
What We Offer
- Day shift rate: £12.80 per hour (6am-6pm).
- Night shift rate: £13.10 per hour (6pm-6am).
- Rotating shift rate: £13.10 per hour.
- Fixed 4 on / 4 off shift pattern or ad-hoc day and night shifts available.
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Duties
- Operate automated and semi-automated production and packaging lines safely and efficiently.
- Pack and label products accurately in line with customer specifications.
- Carry out quality inspections and report any product or packaging issues immediately.
- Keep production lines supplied with packaging materials and labels.
- Support manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and health and safety.
- Work effectively as part of a production team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Packaging Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, Assembly Operative, Machine Operative, Packing Operative or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow production processes.
- Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing and production environment.
