We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work from our Truro office, as part of our Finance Team and in collaboration with other departments. Part-time hours, with a minimum of 25 hours per week over a 5-day week, may be considered.

Key Duties
- Manage payment queries from internal teams and directly from Members.
- Manage and handle payments, direct debit instructions and refunds of insurance premiums.
- Make calls to Members to discuss late or missing payments.
- Process invoices and set up purchasing and claims payments.
- Handle and prepare for banking all monies received in accordance with agreed company procedures.
- Complete bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Accounts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Flexible and solution-driven.
- GCSE Maths at grade 6 or above.
