Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Mixing & Dispensing Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Tiverton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that invests in its people, offering full training, career progression and the potential for a permanent contract. The role involves mixing and dispensing products, following production processes and supporting the wider production team to achieve targets.
What We Offer
- £13.19 per hour starting rate.
- Increase to £14.90 per hour when fully trained.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- 6am-2:30pm shift.
- Early finish every day at 2:30pm.
- No weekend work.
- Full training provided.
- Counterbalance Forklift training available.

Key Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients and materials accurately.
- Mix and dispense products to precise specifications.
- Follow production instructions and recipes.
- Complete production and quality records.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.
- Support the wider production team to meet targets.
Requirements
Essential:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Previous manufacturing, production, mixing or dispensing experience.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
Candidates without a Counterbalance Forklift Licence are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided for the right individual.
