Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Advanced Scaffolders and Scaffolding Gangs to join a reputable construction contractor in Dorset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced scaffolders looking for long-term work with a respected contractor.
What We Offer
- £25-£28 per hour, depending on experience.
- CIS payment available.
- Monday to Friday, full-time work.

Key Duties
- Complete health and safety-related tasks as required.
- Assemble, install and dismantle scaffolding systems in line with project requirements and safety standards.
- Ensure scaffolding structures are properly aligned, stable and safe for use.
- Work effectively as part of a site team.
Requirements
- Part 2 or Advanced CISRS card.
- Previous experience in a scaffolding role.
- Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis and steel-toe boots.
- Able to start work at 7:30am daily.
- Reliable and punctual approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site team.
