Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Advanced Scaffolders and Scaffolding Gangs to join a reputable construction contractor in Dorset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced scaffolders looking for long-term work with a respected contractor.

What We Offer

  • £25-£28 per hour, depending on experience.
  • CIS payment available.
  • Monday to Friday, full-time work.

Key Duties

  • Complete health and safety-related tasks as required.
  • Assemble, install and dismantle scaffolding systems in line with project requirements and safety standards.
  • Ensure scaffolding structures are properly aligned, stable and safe for use.
  • Work effectively as part of a site team.

Requirements

  • Part 2 or Advanced CISRS card.
  • Previous experience in a scaffolding role.
  • Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis and steel-toe boots.
  • Able to start work at 7:30am daily.
  • Reliable and punctual approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a site team.
