Production Operative Monday to Friday, shifts, £14.30 per hour Gloucester Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for Production Operatives to join their client based in Gloucester and the role working AM & PM shifts involves working with the health sector. Our client is offering a good rate of pay and in return is looking to see people with experience, drive & understanding to go forward with their ever-growing business. Responsibilities Working with raw materials to make health products Operating machines Working to order spec sheets, making sure both the right raw materials are added, and the machines are set to run at the right specs. Working as a team and individually to make sure requirements are hit daily. Wear all PPE correctly and health & safety is always followed. The role pays £14.30 per hour and this is a temporary to permanent position, pay & performance reviews will be carried out over time, with progression offered to those who show the right attitude and performance.
