Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives and Machine Operatives for our client based in Willand, near Tiverton. Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal composite wall and roof panels.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or Assembly Operative looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business.

Key Duties
- Operate a range of production and metalworking machinery.
- Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support the wider production team to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
