Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Civil & Structural Project Manager to lead the safe, successful and timely delivery of Civil & Structural (C&S) works within a major industrial CAPEX programme.
The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with UK construction legislation, project governance requirements, budget commitments, programme milestones and quality standards.
You will manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale civil and structural construction works, coordinating multiple contractors, designers, construction management partners and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
This position requires strong leadership of a multidisciplinary project team, alongside proactive management of safety, delivery risk, interfaces and contractor performance within a live industrial environment.

Experience
Experience delivering major UK civil and structural construction projects, with projects exceeding Β£100m CAPEX preferred.
Experience delivering large-scale industrial, infrastructure, steel, energy, manufacturing or process industry projects.
Significant experience managing EPC, EPCM, construction management and principal contractor delivery models.
Experience working within live operational and brownfield environments.
Strong understanding of design coordination, construction sequencing and commissioning interfaces.
Demonstrated experience managing contractor claims, change control and commercial risk....
