Acorn by Synergie is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and expand our recruitment footprint across our Northern region. This is a dedicated sales role focused solely on opening doors, winning new business and building long-term client partnerships. You'll be supported by an experienced delivery team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: generating revenue and growing market share. The successful candidate can be based in the North West, Midlands or North Wales.

Key Duties
- Win new recruitment business across the temporary and permanent recruitment market.
- Build and execute a targeted new business strategy within your region.
- Proactively identify, approach and convert new client opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed terms and agreements.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Maximise the profitability of new business by negotiating the best possible margins.
- Develop a strong social media and LinkedIn presence to promote your personal and professional brand.

- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover and high-quality service delivery.
