Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a large international company based in Kingsbridge .

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling a range of products and components to specification, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy and safety are maintained throughout the production process.

Monday to Friday, 6am-5pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Read and understand 2D technical drawings in preparation for different build stages.
Prepare, measure and cut materials accurately in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Assemble a variety of products using materials including timber, foam and vinyl .
Carry out peer-to-peer quality checks on completed assemblies.
Safely operate a range of hand and power tools , including chop saws, drills and impact drivers.
Complete and maintain relevant production paperwork and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and quality standards.
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
